Nu Electric Corp. (NRGE), a technology company dedicated to conserving energy and protecting the environment, has just announced a Letter of Intent to acquire Clean Water Technologies. Nu Electric will acquire the exclusive license to a technology which removes arsenic from drinking water. The EPA is scheduled to issue a new standard for arsenic by the first of the year, and NRGE is poised to gain from the EPA's revised standards.
