LIKE MANY REIT'S, IT HAS BEEN DOWN FROM ITS HIGHS OF LAST YEAR.
THE CURRENT YIELD IS AROUND 10%. INSIDER TRADING IS POSITIVE.
GROWTH, WHILE SLOWING, REMAINS STRONG. THIS LOOKS LIKE AN UNDERVALUED
