Eagle Exploration Co. (OTC:BB EGXP), is a fully reporting public shell with $2.56 million in cash equaling $.83 per share. Currently priced at $.20 bid / $.28 ask. EGXP currently has 3,073,000 shares outstanding with approx. half owned by Management. EGXP also has small interests in producing oil/gas properties. Interest income coupled with oil/gas revenue provides enough total income to offset expenses equating to breakeven results. Management indicates though filings that EGXP is currently evaluating options to utilize it's $2.56 million in cash. Yahoo! quotes provides a quick profile of this gem. Do your own DD!
