Mr. Brown is a CA with over 30 years of financial experience with a wide background in software and high technology industries. A seasoned financial executive, he has expertise in managing rapid growth within an international environment. As a member of the Executive Committee at MCC, Mr. Brown will act as CFO for both the Mobile Computing division and the MJ Systems division and be primarily responsible for managing the financial affairs of the overall Company including raising capital, maintaining public reporting requirements and managing banking relationships. We also are pleased to announce that Mr. Victor Foster has been promoted to President of the MJ Systems division. Mr. Foster has been with MJ for several years and has demonstrated rapid success in proactive business development for the Division. The re-focusing of MJ and new strategies for major accounts, has provided a significant increase in sales leads and revenue projections for 2000. Based on customer feedback, new product development is underway that will add a mobile delivery-management component to MJ's periodical distribution solutions.
