Next Generation Technology and Products

In 1999 MCC began a full-scale development program on Windows NT/CE
mobile solutions. With the first phase scheduled for completion at the end of
the second quarter of 2000, the new solution merges the wireless and Internet
communication technologies with MCC's newly released Windows CE platform.
``This is clearly the most exciting area for us right now,' stated David
Cunningham. ``As a Microsoft Accredited Business Solutions Provider, we plan
to have Windows CE running on our wireless mobile computers, providing access
to the majority of the wireless data networks.'
The Company plans to offer a modular, scalable wireless CE solution to
its customers, building on its ten years of experience in providing mobile
wireless data solutions. Preliminary feedback from the Company's customers and
partners has been very encouraging.

Senior Management Appointments

In accordance with the new business plan, MCC is pleased to announce the
following three senior appointments effective immediately.
Bryan W. Hills, who was appointed Chief Financial Officer on February 15,
1999, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hills is overseeing
the Company's migration of its products to a Windows NT environment. As part
of this initiative, his proven operational skills and finance experience will
be leveraged in pursuit of new partnerships and potential M&A targets.
``This appointment underscores our confidence in Bryan and is strongly
supported by MCC's employees and Board of Directors,' said Mr. Cunningham.
Filling Mr. Hills' previous position, MCC is pleased to announce that Mr.
Gary Brown has joined the Company as its new CFO. Mr. Brown is a CA with over
30 years of financial experience with a wide background in software and high
technology industries. A seasoned financial executive, he has expertise in
managing rapid growth within an international environment. As a member of the
Executive Committee at MCC, Mr. Brown will act as CFO for both the Mobile
Computing division and the MJ Systems division and be primarily responsible
for managing the financial affairs of the overall Company including raising
capital, maintaining public reporting requirements and managing banking
relationships.
We also are pleased to announce that Mr. Victor Foster has been promoted
to President of the MJ Systems division. Mr. Foster has been with MJ for
several years and has demonstrated rapid success in proactive business
development for the Division. The re-focusing of MJ and new strategies for
major accounts, has provided a significant increase in sales leads and revenue
projections for 2000. Based on customer feedback, new product development is
underway that will add a mobile delivery-management component to MJ's
periodical distribution solutions. In addition, joint development between the
two divisions is targeting a complete end-to-end solution that will utilize
the proven technologies from both MCC and MJ for picking, packing and
distributing products with a planned focus on e-commerce opportunities.
``With a solid infrastructure in place, coupled with a new marketing
program and sales team, both divisions can now move aggressively forward into
their markets to win these new opportunities. All of the hard work by the
employees of both MCC and MJ divisions has been key to us in 1999, so that we
could have the strong platform we see here for expansion in 2000 and beyond,'
concluded Cunningham.
Mobile Computing Corporation trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under
the symbol ``MBL' and has approximately 28.4 million shares outstanding.
