CAOL: The Chinese AOL and Internet Lottery

Reasons why I sold:

1. They sold their Lottery Kiosk division for a paltry $150,000. (and I still believe the Chinese market is primed for such a venture).
2. They filed a 10-SB with the SEC in December of 1999, and then told the SEC in January to forget it.
3. The documents filed with the SEC (check out the Edgar database) clearly indicate the company lacks a sense of direction. If you don't have an idea of where you are going, you will never get there!
4. The documents filed with the SEC indicate the only card left to play is as an Internet provider in the Chinese Province of Sichuan. The documents also disclose that they aren't really sure of how to penetrate their market!
5. World Trade Organization aside, one must have an "in" if one is to make any in-roads in the over-regulated Chinese market. So whose idea was this anyway?!!!
