This forum is to alert Canadian stock traders to those Canuck stocks (TSE,CDNX) that look to be on the verge of making significant price moves(either way).

Rules:

The emphasis here is on technicals rather than fundamentals but fundamentals can be discussed insofar as they compliment a technical analysis (i.e. Don't tell the thread how great a stock is if it trades 10 shares a week and shows no sign of building momentum.)

The focus will be on stocks which will be held from a few days and up to approximately 4 weeks. Anything beyond that would likely have lead to the stock violating the technical reasons it was recommended in the first place.

The alert should include:
(1)The stock ticker symbol.
(2)The technical reasons its impending breakout
(3)Other relevant info.
(4)The poster's position in the security or intended course of action.

While a good portion of my portfolio is reserved for day/momentum trading, I have had good gains this past year position trading. Hopefully we can help each other out with some "heads up's"

The thread will be moderated as these types of threads can be havens for spammers. Remenber there must be technical reasons for an alert.

Lets make money.
