Pomeroy Computer Resources provides microcompter products to large national and regionallly based organizations. The company provides a complete package of advanced products, and provides services tha include designing and installing sytems, training system users, maintaining and repairing hardware and software, and brokering used equipment. Its customers are located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Teenessee, Alabama, and Florida. For fiscal 1995, the company's sales of microcomputers, peripheral products, supplies, and software accounted for approximatel 91% of revenues. I think this company is very promising. Some interesting numbers as follows. Price/Sales = .2 Price/Book = 3.4 ROE = 15.3 revenues have increased each year for the last 5 years. Only about 3.2 million shares outstanding with an upcoming 2 for 1 split. David Pomeroy owns about 40% of the stock with Fidelity owning about 11%. Is anyone else out there following this one? Opinions?
