Dear Stock Watcher thread readers . . . This is my first public post to this thread. I recently sent Stock Watcher a PM telling him about a stock that I have been following for quite awhile now. I included a series of links that would enable someone to get a pretty good feel for this company, and its potential. As I am always concerned about offending others with what might be considered spam, I decided to send it privately to him. After receiving it, he told me to post it here for you to read. As a matter of record, here are his exact words . . . >>this is what our thread is for: to introduce new stocks to other members for consideration & review; if you wish, please post all accumulated data on the thread so I can consider ADSN for inclusion on the INDEX;<< So, with that offer, here is the meat of the post I sent him. I have personally spent hundreds of hours digging into this company. I have been invested in this stock for quite awhile, and I hold a relatively significant position in it. I plan to hold on to the majority of my position for at least 12 to 24 months. I believe strongly in their prospects for the future. The company is a software company listed on the NASDAQ - OTC, and has a target of the Small Cap or National Market by 1st Quarter 2000. They produce Time & Attendance and Data Capture software for a Blue Chip list of customers culled from the Fortune 1000 list. Some investors do not follow OTC companies, as they feel that they cannot trust the information they get from them. I can tell you, that after an interesting summer, that Advanced Systems Intl. is one of the select few who are fully reporting. You can trust the numbers, and they have it in their near term plans to move to either the other boards. They have issued 17 million shares, of which there is a float of approximately 4,000,000 shares. They are on track for a run rate of $11 to 12 million this year, and they expect to double it next year. Should they hit their 99 target, it would represent an impressive increase of 500 % over last year's numbers. So far this year, they have earned $.03 a share for each of the first and second quarters, and I fully expect these earnings to continue through for the rest of the year. Taken further, earnings of $.12 share times a 25 times multiple works out to a $3 share price. Their current share price is in the lower range of $1. Today, they unveiled a new Web enabled version of their product. This new product opens them up to a whole new business market - which has been estimated by Dun & Bradstreet at 397,000 companies. There currently is little, if any, competition in the market for companies who have the capability to provide Web based solutions to firms with a distributed work force. My conservative estimate is that if you reduce the 397,000 number of companies to a more reasonable list, then in my opinion there are 25,000 of these businesses would be considered as prime customer candidates. Given their sales results this year alone, what I find particularly exciting is that they would only need to sign 20 to 30 new customers per year from this list to hit their numbers. Their management team is exceptional, and many of them have come over to this company from their major competitors. A good number of the members of their Board of Directors and Senior Management has experience in growing companies by a factor of 10. There is no way that this management team will be satisfied running a small business. They are in it to grow it and have ambitious plans for the future. So that you are aware, due to a mix up on the timing of completing the new filing requirements for a NASDAQ listed company, they were moved over to the Pink sheets during the summer. This issue has now been resolved, and they have been reinstated. The result is that they basically have lost much of the visibility they had, and they are in the process of regaining it now. I believe that it will not take long for them to be back on track. Should you want to review some of the DD that has been posted on this company, I have included a full list of the more important links from the SI thread for your review. These are the ones which tell much of the story. There are about thirty of them, but these are the ones that really explain it well. I have been adding to this list over the past number of months. I want new investors to be able to fully understand what this company is all about. Thank you for your time, Crazy Canuk ______________________ Waldo's Unofficial Advanced Systems Intl.
