Bill Wexler - a man who (according to fraud stock promoters) can never seem to get his facts straight. I invite the casual reader to check the current prices of the stocks mentioned in the following links...that is - of course - if they are still listed. REFR is a rigged stock based upon the promotion of a worthless technology. Insiders and paid promoters have been and are actively engaged what is - in my opinion - a stock swindle.
