Okay, I lost 55 pounds on the Atkins diet in six months... I can stand to lose another 30 pounds... If there are other SI members that are interested in discussing the Atkins diet, pros and cons, please let me know and feel free to join in the discussion..... if you've got great Atkins dishes or recipes you'd like to share, go ahead... and it doesn't have to be precise... we're not building a rocket ship here, we're talking about food!!!
