Looks like Jerry Hsu and his merry band of thieves at Avant!, Inc. have been caught with their hands in the Cadence cookie jar and will inevitably wind up with well-deserved prison sentences. While we wait for these jerks to get convicted, I thought it would be fun to speculate on just how they will manage to run their company (assuming there will be any company left to run) from the big house. Questions: 1) Will shareholders meetings be held in the prison visitors reception area? If so, will everybody need to be frisked upon arrival? 2) Will shareholder value be compromised if officers start trading stock for cigarettes, candy and "special favors" from other inmates? 3) Will officers consider the possibility of expanding Avant! product line with license-plate stamping technology (stolen from the prison workshop - of course)? Just wondering, Bill | ||||||||||||||
