Introduction Market Data Compact

Mortgage REIT to invest in generally higher risk mortgage loans, subordinated tranches, equity pieces, REMICs and CMOs, etc. REIT to be leveraged.

Seems to be high potential here when the company is fully invested and levered. Earnings for 1st full quarter (Sept 97) were a bit under my expectations. Any thoughts on this one? Expectations are $30 within a year.
