Its Internet, intranet, and extranet services and products include Internet access and data backup services, as well as installation, maintenance, and monitoring of networking hardware and software. Icon CMT provides customized software and Web site development, and integration with corporate legacy systems such as IBM and UNIX mainframes. The company also resells hardware, software, and networking equipment. Icon CMT's customers are in the telecommunications, financial services, travel, and media industries.

Scheduled for IPO the week of 2/9/98.
