GROS- Grossman's: A $.70 value play

Let's get some discussion going on this undervalued play in the home improvement/building materials sector. Originally recommended in July 1996 issue of Venture Returns newsletter at $2.25, the stock has steadily declined to the point at which it is well below book value despite several positive developments, including a stronger balance sheet and announcements of personnel moves. There is a web site at bargain-outlets.com for close-out merchandise from their Mr. Seconds subsidiary. Their stores are located in a dozen or so states. Come springtime when demand for their products perks up, you may wish you owned this out-of-favor stock!
