GREETINGS, ALL YOU SILICON INVESTORS!! This is the birth of what I feel
will become a very important & popular forum on Silicon Investor. I, and a
fellow S.I. member, Blaine Phipps, have found that there are many others,
like ourselves, who are interested in sharing information & strategies on
Entity Structuring.

Forming a corporation is one of the foremost & important things that one
can do to provide great liability protection & LEGALLY keep more of our
hard earned investing profits from Uncle Sam. I hope to find people sharing
in this forum that have already benefitted through the use of a corporation
and/or other Entity Structuring techniques. In the end, I hope this forum
will lead us all to realize all our hopes and dreams of self-sufficiency &
a "RICH" financial future!!

Best Wishes,
Bill Junemann & Blaine Phipps
