Tommy is an icon of American society. Tommy brandname clothing is everywhere, and getting bigger every day, but the stock capitalization of the whole company is still just a couple billion dollars, and actually not even that as I write this. Based in New York and Hong Kong, Hilfiger is growing faster than Polo Ralph Lauren or Calvin Klein, and that coupled with the lower p/e ratio make it a relative bargain in my opinion. Bulls and bears are equally welcome on this thread. I, a TOM bull, am predicting an easy lope to a stock price of $100 before the clock strikes calender year 2000. This stock won't make a millionaire, but it will make you richer, and I believe it to be an educated and relatively safe choice for your low-tech portfolio. | ||||||||||||||
