Taken from Hoovers... "Visual Networks makes wide area network (WAN) service-level management systems designed to improve WAN efficiency and reliability. The company's Visual UpTime software manages service levels of WAN systems by automating the collection, interpretation, and presentation of service-level data. Its Visual OnRamp product provides similar management of Internet services. More than 300 customers use the company's products, including Cargill, Delta Air Lines, and FedEx. Visual Networks has procurement and reseller agreements with several telecommunications companies, including AT&T and Sprint, which account for about 45% of its revenues." Scheduled for IPO the week of 2/2/98. DD | ||||||||||||||
