Here's a place to discuss strategies and investment picks to exploit the January Effect. This effect, of course, is the phenomenon where low-priced small cap stocks surge much more in January than in any other month. To take advantage of this effect, I have carried out screens for stocks and mutual funds, and then further researched the candidates to narrow the list. These are listed in the following posts.
