Is anyone Bullish? Does anyone think the Fed will lower on

Here we are in the last two weeks of the year and every where I look on SI I see people giving up or throwing in the towel! IS ANY ONE OUT THERE BULLISH?

Next, is any one thinking as I am that the Fed will lower the rates on the 19th? Seems everyone is thinking the Fed will go nurtral at best on Tue.! I saw Mr. AG go nuetral in his speech a week or so ago, so he could lower the rate Tue. with out a big surprise, am I wrong? If I knew for sure I would not be asking here!

My personal observations are telling me the economy is slowing down at a very fast rate and if the Fed holds off any longer we will see the "R" word next year! There are many things that are showing up too prove the economy is slowing down, but one thing I look at are lumber prices. They are selling at almost 10 year lows and if that is not a sign of things to come I do not know what could be!
