Lighting Science Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: LSCG), a leading U.S. maker of LED lighting, announced today that its common stock will commence trading on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the ticker symbol "LSCG" today, August 30, 2010.
"Having our shares traded on the OTC Bulletin Board is an important part of our strategy to increase the Company's liquidity and transparency with retail and institutional investors," said Zach Gibler, Chief Executive Officer, Lighting Science Group. "The listing is one in a series of recent actions the Company has taken to build value for shareholders, including significantly reducing debt and strengthening our board of directors.
