With Borl's acquisition of Open Environment, this should better suit Borland at the enterprise level (versus just Delphi at the desktop). Open Env has three tier development tools, which, in effect, are targeted at three tiers of application development - ideally suited for inter and more importantly -intranet- development.

Can anyone add any FACTS re: the technical capability of Open Environment or have any technical experience with Open Environment?
