P.S. - I worked for 3 months in a patent attorney's office ( in the UK) after I graduating college. To get a patent is easy - you can get almost anything patented in England - it really doesn't involve more than the attorney filing (most of the responsibility lies with the filing attorney). If RACE's patent sticks - I'd be suprized (defending it is the difficult part).
