I am starting a thread for this stock because the stock has broken out today on very heavy volume. The company is located in Santa Cruz, CA. and manufactures motorcycles. The company was sued recently by investors claiming that the NY promoters manipulated the stock. The stock has declined from about $6.00 to 1/8. It has now broken out to about 1/4. Company officials claim that the suit is not warranted and that the NY brokerage house will address that issue. This is a very speculative stock. I will post more information later.
