This is a moderated forum to discuss companies that are related to the Wearable Computer market. The Wearable Computer market includes hardware, software, and services related to computer systems that are worn by users, integrated into their clothing, and providing capabilities that could be called "intelligence amplification" or "human extensions".

As of 07/02/2002, in the current market, Xybernaut Corp. is the market leader in offering commercial systems that fit the description of "wearable computers". With the introduction of the Microsoft Tablet Computer, I believe that this space is only going to grow even faster. Advances in computer form factors, wireless connectivity, and inexpensive peripherals ... along with advancing software solutions ... is creating the near-term possibility of "always on, always connected" computing.

This forum is for sharing perspectives and potential investments in this future.
