LFEI - A trading shell!

This is a very rare opportunity to get involved in a shell which is being groomed and restructured. Life Industries is currently a trading shell on the Bulletin Board in the $0.07 to $0.09 range. A new group has taken control and is just days from initiating their program for this shell.

For the last six months LFEI has been in the cleanup stage. All open matters are being closed, any loose pot holes are being filled and back door entries are being closed. Broad promotional and PR programs for this stock are now in the works, in fact many courses of action have been decided upon and are to be implemented over the next few weeks. You will be hearing about LFEI on the Internet quite regularly. Some of my promoter contacts have indicated that one or more of the major internet "Newsletters" are considering coverage and reccomendations of LFEI.

Once the PR programs are in place, the process of final selection for the company or companies to be brought into this shell will begin. I know that there are a few current prospects, two of which are already profitable companies. I have not yet learned spcifically which companies are being considered, in fact at this stage that is unimportant, however I will discuss the candidates as soon as I am aware of them.

The company or companies brought into LFEI will determine in the long term if this is a $1.00 or a $10.00 issue. However, in the here and now, the value of a trading shell is much higher than current levels. I have never seen a clean shell trade in less than the @0.25 to $0.35 range (and those are low levels)! A shell is a very powerful and valuable tool. A company wanting to go public can do so much more easily and quickly by being brought into an existing shell. As soon as word of LFEI begins to spread you will begin to see signifigant appreciation in share price. LFEI should be trading in the $0.35 to $0.45 range in the next one to three months.

Some technical info:
Shares out: 25,000,000
Insider own: 20,000,000
Est. Float: 5,000,000

Number of investors: 150 to 200 (if anyone wants to sell, there can only be one or two of them!)

I will be actively discussing LFEI over the Internet and answering, or finding the answers to, any questions I am asked over the next few months. I am not directly involved with LFEI, but I am a shareholder. I am spreading the news about LFEI because I think it is an incredible opportunity, both short and long term! I would recommend this stock to any investor who is seeking extraordinary returns. If you have any questions about this situation, post them. I will answer them, find the answer, or put you in contact with the proper people to answer your questions.

Happy Investing, Don Downing
