Venator Group and the National Football
League Create Strategic Alliance; Retailer to Become the
League's Official Catalog and E-Commerce Marketer

NEW YORK, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Venator Group, Inc. (NYSE: Z - news), the New York-based specialty retailer, today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle with the National Football League (NFL) to become the League's official catalog and e-commerce retailer, which includes managing the NFL catalog and e-commerce businesses.
Venator Group will design, merchandise and fulfill the NFL's official catalog, which will be renamed NFL Shop, and the new on-line e-commerce site linked to www.NFL.com. Under this new arrangement, both the catalog and the e-commerce site are expected to debut this summer.
