Introduction Compact

Anyone know anything about this engineering/mining company? I am in at 1.36 a share and just this week the stock began to move. They have cleared up a lot of their legal problems, and need to be on the financial mend... but this stock used to be a good performer... I think it's price used to be quite high. My parents own some they bought in MRN's heyday, and are now holding out for a re-birth. I think it's likely to go up in value. Ideas? Comments? Info?
