Motorola's PE is lousy but its revenue over price is very attractive, so does its capitalization. However,

Its semiconductor business is skating on very thin profit margin;
Its pager business faces an immanent write-off due to obsolescence;
Its cellular phone still dwells on analog which has to evolve into the digital domain;
Its Iridium project is already obsolete due to lack of bandwidth.

Iridium when it was conceived was great, but due to recent advancement and market demand in network technology, this project is not going to contribute much to the ever growing telecommunication industry.
