Introduction Compact
Etrade has literally cost me thousands of dollars. They are constantly making empty promises, but never deliver. It has been taking over 2 hours to get a trade confirmation. I'm now trying to get other Etrade customers to "wake-up" and make a decision to find another E broker. It would definitely be in your best interest to take a look. This past week, there have been times it takes me over an hour to log on to Etrade. They like taking our money, but will only give us empty promises in return.
