While we see the deposition from Aug. 17 - does it make Starr look smart or does it make Starr look like he's desperate to get something on Clinton. Will the whole thing backfire on him (Starr)? Will people now get more sympathy for Bill?

At this time I feel the whole thing is a very stupid mistake on Starr's part. Sure Bill had sex with Monica and off course he does not want to tell the world about it. That's nowhere close to treason though - it does not change his policies nor the economic agenda of the country.
The US has a horny president - not the first time!
