Ciprico- Anybody follow the Stock which is up 6x this year??

Ciprico which make hard disk arrays reported very strong earnings. The company has a great product line and looks good for the future. However, I have a question, why is the company having a rights offering if it doing so well? What is the company going to do with all of the cash. Anybody out their use their products? Any info would help. Thanks.
