My investing interest is mainly in the biotech industry, but I’m always looking for investment opportunities that are related to coming trends. With many world-wide companies now facing competition from around the world, the training of employees with effective operation skills are essential to maintaining a competitive edge. For example, I recently saw where some of the airlines are sending their baggage handlers to see how organized NASCAR pit workers are, and how quick and adept they are in servicing and get their race car back on the track in record time. As Southwest Airlines has proven, it is the quickness of getting their planes unloaded and back in the air at record speeds, as compared to all other airlines, gives them a competitive edge and profits, as compared to the fact that most of the major airlines are bankrupt or teetering on bankruptcy.
It is crystal clear to me that major and even small corporations in the US must become cognizant of this competitive requirement. When one sees that even China is looking to confront this issue you must realize that the battle is on to get the best and most out of company workers. Therefore, when one looks at the growing number of US companies turning to a California firm, and seeing China embracing their technology, there might be a future for this company. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
