DALLAS, TEXAS July 1, 1999 EssxSport Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets Symbol: ESXS)

Mr. Bruce Caldwell, President of EssxSport Corp. today announced, Two former Olympians have joined the EssxSport Corp. Team.

* Mr. Dwight Stones, 10-time World Record holder in the High Jump event, a three-time Olympian with two bronze medals and NBC sports commentator for both the 1996 Olympics and the upcoming 2000 Olympics, has endorsed the
EssxSport High Jump Landing System.

* Mr. Earl Bell, a former Pole Vault World Record Holder (1976), three-time Olympian, 1984 Olympic Medalist, and Mr. Bell was selected by the United States Olympic committee as the coach of the year for 1998, and has endorsed the EssxSport Pole Vault Landing System. Mr. Earl Bell has also added his expertise to our staff by joining the Company's board of directors. Mr. Bell is also the Chairman of our Gold Medal Advisory Board.

EssxSport Corp., is a Dallas based Sports Equipment and Sports Apparel manufacturing Company rapidly making a name for itself in the Industry based on its outstanding management team, proprietary products, International distribution network and dedication to the highest quality at the most reasonable price.
