For those of you that may have missed my initial postings on UIS back in January when this
stock was trading between .50 and .60 with volume between 20-25000 shares. The stock
has started to move as expected. Volume was up over 200,000 shares on Thursday and
Friday. Closed at .73. I see this stock at $1.00 mark within a few months and at $6 -$9
within a couple of years.

Following is a review of initial postings:

UIS has obtained a Developement permit for the mining of silica on their Peace River
Property in northern Alberta. The permit allows UIS to move over 300,000 tonne of silica
per annum. Continuing to work for a permit that will allow them to increase their production
to one million tonnes per year.

There is an estimated reserve of over 48 million tonnes of silica in the 3200 acres. The
company president, Ken Murdock, is on record as stating " It is quite feasible that UIS
could have an income of $50 million per year within five years." UIS has letters of itent from
3 major oil /gas companies to purchase in excess of 100,000 tonnes of frac sand per year,
this is more than UIS can produce during their first three years of operation. Oil and gas
industry in western Canada currently imports 200,000 tonnes of frac sand per year from
the United States. UIS will be able to supply a large percentage of this market. 4 tonnes of
raw silica makes one tonne of frac sand. The remaining 3 tonnes can be used in making
other products, foundry sand, silica flour for cement, etc.

UIS will be able to supply sodium silicate to the pulp and paper industry in the bleaching
process. A large pulp mill can use 15 tonnes/day. UIS has entered into an option, for a 50
year lease of a 200 tonne/day capacity Sodium Silciate plant in Redcliff,Alberta.

UIS will get on average $180.00 a ton for their materials. Again, it appears they will not be
able to meet demand. They are dealing with international interests and other offers for jv.
Mine/mill due to open in Fall of this year. I believe that it is only a matter of time before this
one really takes off. The company's number is 403-448-0349/ fax 403-448-2160.
Investor relations guy's name is Garry GAIRDNER. I am sure after conducting your DD on
this one that you will see enormous potential here.
